Phillipsburg, New Jersey, resident Jeffrey Finegan devotes much of his time and energy to charitable work in his local community. Since March 2013, he has volunteered almost daily at Safe Harbor, a transitional and emergency shelter for homeless men and women living in the Easton, Pennsylvania region. Involved in the day-to-day operations of Safe Harbor and its affiliated programs, Jeffrey Finegan focuses on empowering and educating the facility’s homeless residents, helping them to achieve better lives and pursue self-help and self-improvement opportunities. He also supports the operations of Safe Harbor’s recovery center, a drug and alcohol recovery facility.
When not volunteering, Jeffrey Finegan enjoys a number of hobbies, including outdoor sports and local and international travel. Having explored much of Western Europe, Mr. Finegan counts Paris, France, and Florence, Italy, as his two favorite destinations there and cites the abundance of culture, history, and art found in both areas. At home, he prefers the cities of Washington, D.C., and Charleston, South Carolina.
During his spare time, Jeffrey Finegan works on his golf skills and enjoys the sport’s balance of mental stamina, physical endurance, and controlled strength needed to excel at it.
